Hot Basalt Stones will cause blood vessels to expand giving you warmth and also relaxing the body.  Cooling Marble Stones will contract the blood vessels, relieves pain as is anti-inflammatory and also anti-spasmodic. Amethyst & Lapis Lazuli used on upper chakras.

£79 - 90mins Full Body Face & Scalp £56 - 60mins Full Body £40 - 30min Back Massage.  For years flowers, roots, bark etc have been used for medicinal and wellbeing.  Using all my massage techniques forearm, elbow, pressure points swedish and aromatherapy techniques to ease muscles. At the beginning of your session I will ask more how you want to feel to choose the right oils for you on the day.

Fitzgerald, MD (father of reflexology), wrote about the ten zones of the foot and how using pressure points it could relive pain in minor surgeries. Dr Shelby Riley created a detailed map of the hands and feet showing the reflex areas that can be treated. Eunace Ingham a physio therapist worked for Dr Riley and very famous due to developing the foot maps and reflexology charts still in use today and introduced reflexology practices to the non-medical community in the 1930s
