Reiki means (Rei) universal life force (Ki) energy. I work using Dr Ursui methods by placing my hands on/above chakras and energy points to release blocked energy. Short consult and aftercare given in this session.
Time Out Therapy - Light Technique
£99 - 2hrs. A bespoke treatment just for you! A detailed consultation where you can share as little or as much as you want. This is to determine how best I can help you. We will then discus what treatments you would like alongside some relaxation breathing and reiki. This is great session for those who either need a break from burnout or would like to try something different from your usual massage sessions.
Mindspace - Light Technique
£66 - 1hr15. For those that suffer with tension/stress in their mind, face neck and shoulders. Starting with some relaxation breathing to help relax the muscles, we massage the face, neck, shoulders and scalp. Finishing with Reiki to unblock those energy centres.
